Please kindly note the following remarks:
Inform our school immediately if your child has received 2020/21 seasonal influenza vaccine after 1st September 2020.
In order to practise proper social distancing and avoid crowding, the school will arrange students to receive vaccination in a staggered manner through an appointment system to avoid overcrowding. Please be punctual, latecomers will not be entertained.
Parent should accompany your child to school. Please bring along student handbook on the scheduled time.
Remind your child to have breakfast on the vaccination day.
