Free Seasonal Influenza Vaccination (SIV) at School (2nd Dose)

The medical team will re-visit our school to administer seasonal Influenza vaccination to your child who is under 9 years old and has never received any seasonal Influenza vaccination (SIV) before. They will visit on 21^st January, 2021 (Thursday) to provide free SIV (2nd dose) to your child.

Please kindly note the following remarks:

      (1)  In order to practise proper social distancing and avoid crowding, the school will arrange students to receive vaccination in a staggered manner through an appointment system to avoid overcrowding.  Please be punctual, latecomers will not be accepted.

      (2)  A parent should accompany your child to school.  Please bring along student handbook on the scheduled time.

      (3) Remind your child to have breakfast on the vaccination day.

      (4) Wear School PE uniform so that the arm can be exposed easily for vaccination.

      (5)  Check body temperature at home and school entrance.  Wear surgical mask at all times (including during waiting, vaccination and observation) and practise hand hygiene.

      (6) Inform our school immediately if your child is in a health condition not suitable to receive the vaccine.

      (7)  If parents have more than one child in our school, please arrive on the scheduled time according to the youngest one.
